KIEV, Nov. 9 – The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed the export of grain stored onboard vessels, and the first vessels started leaving the ports as of November 8, 2010, President of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation Leonid Kozachenko said.
"Since yesterday [November 8], vessels loaded with grain for export have been allowed to sail," he told Interfax-Ukraine in Kiev on Tuesday.
He said the departure of the vessels with grain was authorized by a verbal order from Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
