DNIPROPETROVSK, Aug. 1 ??“ Russia??™s TVEL Corporation is studying the possibility of investing
in the development of the Novokostiantynivske uranium deposit of the state enterprise Skhidny MDM.

According to Skhidny MDM Director General Petro Perkov, a delegation from TVEL headed
by the deputy chairman of Russia's Nuclear Energy Federal Agency (Rosatom), Ivan Kamenskikh, visited the enterprise in early July. The delegation examined the Novokostiantynivske uranium deposit and praised the Ukrainian experts' proficiency level, the good condition of the equipment and the production culture, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
