KIEV, Nov. 8 – Inflation in Ukraine in October slowed to 0.5%, compared to 2.9% in September and 1.2% in August, the State Statistics Committee reported.

Since the beginning of 2010, inflation has hit 7.9%, compared to 10.1% in the same period of 2009.

Inflation measured in annual terms (year-over-year) in Ukraine in October 2010 slowed to 10.1%, from 10.5% in September 2010.
