BRUSSELS, Nov. 5 – Head of the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Cooperation Committee Pawel Kowal said the European Parliament may again put off a vote on a resolution on Ukraine, which had earlier been postponed until November 10-11.
In an interview with Interfax-Ukraine on Friday, Kowal noted that such decisions are usually taken by the leaders of the parliamentary groups, but as the European Parliament is on its autumn recess, he cannot say whether there will be such a decision.
