KIEV, Nov. 2 – The Ukrainian cabinet is to consider the creation of the Ukrainian Fuel-Energy Concern after the completion of the privatization of coal mines, according to an annex to an agreement on the development of Donetsk region signed between the Cabinet and Donetsk regional council.

In addition, the cabinet is to draw up a draft law on the specifics of the privatization of coalmines and accelerate the privatization of coking coal companies.
