KIEV, Nov. 2 – Ukraine has prepared well for a visit by a mission of the International Monetary Fund due to arrive in Kiev on Tuesday for the first review of the stand-by arrangement, Finance Minister Fedir Yaroshenko said.
"There are issues that are to be agreed are at the technical level," he told reporters in Kiev on Tuesday, without giving details.
The minister said that the Ukrainian side was in constant touch with the IMF through consultations and teleconferencing.
