KIEV, Nov. 2 - Ukraine plans to increase gas transit to Europe and CIS countries by 9.6% to 105 billion cubic meters in 2010, the chairman of Naftogaz Ukrayiny's executive board, Yevhen Bakulin, told journalists in Kiev on Tuesday.
"It [transit] will be somewhere around 105 bcm," he said.
Bakulin did not forecast total natural gas transit via Ukraine in 2011. "We are applying all efforts so as to maintain gas transit through Ukraine at the highest level," Bakulin said.
