KIEV, Nov. 2 – Ukrainian Energy Service Company (Kiev, UkrESCO) has opened a 55,000 cubic meter per year glass foam plant on the basis of NVP Technology Ltd. in Shostka (Sumy region), reads a posting on the official Web site of the National Agency of Ukraine on Ensuring Efficient Energy Resources Management (NAER).

According to the report, a project on the construction of the largest plant in Europe was realized by UkrESCO with assistance of the NAER and attraction of funds from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
