KIEV, Oct. 29 – The cost of building a nuclear fuel production plant in Ukraine for VVER-1000 reactors will be over $300 million, TVEL Vice President Vasily Konstantinov told Interfax-Ukraine.

"I think that it will be over $300 million," he said on the sidelines of an investment forum.

He said that TVEL is ready to give access to partial financing of the project to Ukraine.

"If Ukraine needs funds, we'll at least be able to provide [the country] with it," he said.
