KIEV, Oct. 27 – A number of agreements have been signed in Kiev following the seventh economic cooperation meeting of the Russian-Ukrainian interstate commission in the presence of the two countries' prime ministers – Vladimir Putin and Mykola Azarov.
An agreement between state-run concern Nuclear Fuel (Ukraine) and OAO TVEL (Russia) on cooperation in setting up the production of nuclear fuel for VVER(Water-Water Energetic Reactor)-1000-type reactors in Ukraine with the use of Russian technologies was signed by TVEL President Yuriy Olenin and Nuclear Fuel Director General Tetiana Amosova.
