KIEV, Oct. 22 – EnergoAtom could by 2011 sign a long-term contract for the removal of spent nuclear fuel to Russia, Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister Natalia Shumkova told reporters in Kiev on Friday.

"I think 'yes'," she said when asked about the possibility of the signing by late 2010 of a long-term contract on spent nuclear fuel removal to special Russian enterprises.
