BRUSSELS, Oct. 21 - The European Parliament has postponed a vote on a resolution on Ukraine until a plenary meeting in Brussels on November 10-11.
The European Parliament supported an initiative by a representative of the group of socialists and democrats, Johannes Swoboda, at plenary meeting on Thursday.
"We had a very open discussion yesterday, and many of us expressed concerns about some aspects of the development of Ukraine," Swoboda said.
