KIEV, Oct. 15 – The stoppage of work Odessa oil refinery is linked to a rise in untaxed imports of fuel to Ukraine, domination of smuggled and falsified products on the market along with the absence of the government's actions to repress the schemes, according to Kiev-based A-95 consulting group.
"The upgrade of Odessa oil refinery has not been finished, the company not deeply processes oil and is very sensible to unfair competition on the market, which this year is impressive," reads a group press release, referring to its director Serhiy Kuyun.
