KIEV, Aug. 1 ??“ Ukraine will not sell electricity to Russia at reduced rates, Economy Minister Serhiy Teriokhin told journalists in Kiev on Friday.

"Now we're holding talks with the Russian Federation. If they need it [Ukrainian electricity], and they do need it, then the price should be, at least, of the national level, and not dumping," he said.
