KIEV, Oct. 14 – The opposition suspects the buyer of OJSC Ukrtelecom has already been selected, Oleksandr Bondar, former head of the State Property Fund and MP from the OU-PSD faction, said at a press conference.

“Of course, I welcome the sale of Ukrtelecom. But the government has not declared the qualifying conditions for holding a tender to privatize the company… The fact that the initial price was announced yesterday [on October 12] says nothing to me. Everything depends on the tender conditions,” Bondar said.
