MOSCOW, Oct. 11 - Karpatnaftokhim Ltd. (Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region, part of Lukoil Group) plans to launch PVC production facilities in December, the head of the Lukoil department, Alexander Rappoport, said at the Polymers of Russia third international forum.

It is expected that in March 2011 the facility would be loaded in full – 300,000 tons of PVC per year.

The company would produce all types of PVC. The products would be sold in Russia, Ukraine and small volumes would be exported to Eastern Europe and Turkey.
