KIEV, Oct. 7 - Ukraine's government at a meeting on October 4 reached a decision to impose grain export quotas, but the decision and the extent and terms for distributing the quotas have yet to be finalized, Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk told reporters.
"The issue [of grain export quotas] was on the agenda, but it was decided to finalize the decision. The Cabinet will discuss [grain export quotas] at its next meeting, either on Monday or Wednesday, and will finally approve it," the minister said.
