KIEV, Oct. 4 - The Industrial Union of Donbass (IUD, Donetsk) is fulfilling its obligations in paying interest on all loans, the corporation said in a statement on Monday.

"Currently the IUD is in talks with the pool of international, foreign and Ukrainian banks on restructuring its loan portfolio. One of the fundamental principles of this process is a temporary moratorium on the repayment of debts until all restructuring terms are agreed," the statement reads.

According to the statement, the lenders, in turn, are undertaking not to initiate forced debt collection.
