KIEV, Sept. 27 - The creditors of Ukrainian Kreditprombank who agreed the debt restructuring will receive stakes in the bank

"The group of more than 20 international creditors will become the owners of up to 49% of bank shares. The new shareholders will name two of their representatives to Kreditprombank's five-member supervisory board," the Ukrainian bank said in a press release.

The new stake holders include the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Deutsche Investitions - und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (DEG), Cargill Financial Services International Inc., Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG (RZB) and London Forfaiting Company.
