KIEV, Sept. 27 - State Railways Administration Ukrzaliznytsia has agreed with Ukreximbank that the administration will raise a UAH 370 million credit to finish the construction of the Darnytsia bridge across the River Dnipro in Kiev.

"Not a kopeck has been taken from the credit, although the agreement with Ukreximbank was reached. The money is to be returned from the [national] budget next year," Transport and Communications Minister Kostiantyn Yefymenko told the press on Monday.
