KIEV, Sept. 23 – The National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has approved feed-in tariffs for solar power to be generated by Crimean Solar 1 Ltd. and Crimean Solar 2 Ltd. (both in Crimea's Simferopol district).
The decision was passed at a commission meeting in Kiev on Thursday.
According to documents supplied by the companies' management to the commission, the cost of solar power is 332.74 kopecks per kWh for Crimean Solar 1 and 348.9 kopecks per kWh for Crimean Solar 2. Their feed-in tariff is fixed at 505.09 kWh.
