KIEV, Sept. 17 – A project by Euro Finance Limited on the construction of an environmentally friendly mini steel mill in Bila Tserkva will help the town fight unemployment, according to Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk, the head of Kiev Regional State Administration.

"This is quite an interesting project. Bila Tserkva needs it, as unemployment in the town has risen to 20%," he said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine.

Prysiazhniuk noted that if all environmental regulations are followed, locating such a large enterprise in the town would conform to normal world practice. He took as an example an oil refinery located in the heart of Vienna.
