KIEV, Sept. 16 - Ukraine's economy can return to its pre-crisis level only in 2013, said Deputy Economy Minister Iryna Kriuchkova.

"We won't be able to return to the pre-crisis level in 2012," she said at a briefing on Thursday. "We won't manage."

GDP growth in 2010 is projected at 3.7%, at 4.5% in 2011, at 6.5% in 2012 and in 2012 each, and at 8% in 2014, she said.
