KIEV, Sept. 15 – Ukraine and Brazil are planning to complete the construction of the Tsyklon-4 (Cyclone-4) space complex at Brazil's Alcantara space center and make the first launch in 2012.

The presentation of the project was held during the meeting of Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Yezhel and his Brazilian counterpart Nelson Azevedo Jobim in Kyiv on Wednesday.

The cornerstone of the Cyclone-4 space rocket complex was laid recently at the Alcantara space center, according to the data from the presentation.
