KIEV, Sept. 15 – A reasonable synergy between the authorities and business will improve the country's investment climate, President Viktor Yanukovych said in Kiev on Wednesday.

"Our task is to achieve a reasonable synergy between the state and business. I'm sure that it's much easier to achieve effective results through joint efforts, the creation of various enterprises and mutual investment," he said at a meeting with his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev and the businessmen of the two countries.
