KIEV, July 27 ??“ CRH (Ireland) and Dyckerhoff (Germany) made the highest net profits Ukraine??™s cement industry last year, according to an analysis published by Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the analysis, which cited industry analysts and open sources, the sector??™s biggest net profit (UAH29.13 million) was received by CRH, which owns Podolcement in Khmelnytsky region. Podolcement increased cement production by 31.4% in 2004, to 1.8 million tons.
