KIEV, Sept. 10 – Ukraine launched the construction of the Tsyklon-4 (Cyclone-4) space complex at Brazil's Alcantara space center in September, adviser to the head of the National Space Agency of Ukraine, Eduard Kuznetsov, said at a press conference in Kiev.

"The construction of the launch unit [of the Tsyklon-4 space complex] started in September. The symbolic laying of the first stone is expected in the near future," he said.
