KIEV, Sept. 10 – The National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting has canceled two broadcasting licenses of Channel 5 (the Express-Inform Television and Radio Company and the NBM Television and Radio Company) and some supplements to broadcasting licenses of the TVi Channel (the TeleRadioSvit Company).

The press service of the national council reported this decision was taken at a meeting on Wednesday to fulfill a resolution by Kiev Administrative Court of Appeals. In particular, previous rulings by the national council on the results of the competition for free television frequencies of January 27, 2010, and on the assigning of licenses for free television frequencies of September 30, 2009 were canceled.
