KIEV, Sept. 9 – The use of the domestic gas transport system at full capacity over the long term is a priority for Ukraine in its talks with Russia, said Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko.
"We should very quickly propose, and we're doing this, cost-effective schemes that would help us use our gas transport [at full capacity] over the long term. We're doing this. It's our priority," he said.
Boyko also noted that parity was also a fundamental issue during the implementation of joint gas projects.
