KIEV, Sept. 7 – The national gas company Naftogaz Ukrayiny, Russia's gas giant Gazprom and the Swiss-registered gas trader RosUkrEnergo AG haven't yet reached a final agreement concerning 12.1 billion cubic meters of gas, which are the subject of litigation between RosUkrEnergo and Naftogaz, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller told Ukrainian journalists in Moscow on Tuesday.
"As a matter of fact, there is still no final agreement. One of the reasons for this is that not all the rulings have been passed, not all the judicial procedures completed in Ukraine," he said.
According to Miller, they will be able to seriously discuss the fate of 12.1 billion cubic meters of gas only after all the judicial proceedings are over.
