KIEV, Sept. 7 – Kiev City State Administration says it plans to free the center of the city of minibuses within six months.
"We realized long ago our responsibility for the situation that has occurred in the center of the city. We see those holdups, traffic jams, and the number of minibuses that hinder transport traffic. We believe that the number of minibuses in the center of the city exceeds levels," chief of the main department for transport management at Kiev City State Administration Oleksiy Barhatov told reporters on Monday.
At the same time, according to him, not only municipal enterprise Kyivpastrans should service these traffic routes.
