KIEV, Sept. 9 – Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the largest opposition party in Ukraine, on Thursday threatened to boycott elections in four regions, citing rising administrative pressure from the authorities.

Tymoshenko said her party’s local branches in regions of Kiev and Lviv had been effectively hijacked by the authorities, and she had no control over the branches.
