KIEV, Sept. 3 - Ukraine may take measures that would effectively cancel its 10-year natural gas agreement with Russia if Moscow refuses to renegotiate it, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Friday.

Ukraine has been trying for the past six months to re-negotiate the agreement, but Russia has been refusing to do so, resulting in high gas prices that Ukraine has to pay.
