KIEV, Sept. 2 – The State Execution Service under a court ruling has collected UAH 800 million in deposit bids paid by Frunze-Flora and Nortima to take part in the privatization of Odessa Port-Side Plant in autumn 2009 from the Ukrainian State Property Fund.

"The State Execution Service collected the funds and sent them to its accounts in the State Treasury, and now two deposit bids of UAH 400 million each are on accounts of the State Execution Service. They are to return [the money to the companies]," SPF chairman Oleksandr Riabchenko said.
