KIEV, July 25 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko has signed a decree on the reorganization of the Fuel and Energy Ministry that envisages the creation of a new ministry- the Coal Industry Ministry.

Yushchenko signed the decree on "Actions to improve the public management of the coal industry" on Monday to raise the controllability of the coal industry, the presidential press service reports.
