KIEV, Aug. 31 - The Cabinet of Ministers will consider the issue of returning 12.1 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas to Swiss-based RosUkrEnergo AG only after Ukrainian courts confirm the decision of the Stockholm Arbitration Tribunal, Ukraine Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boiko said.

"First of all, the court must have its say, and then the government, without any hurry, will mull the possibility of settling this dispute within the judicial decisions," the ministry's press service said, citing Boiko.
