KIEV, Aug. 30 – The first Indian Air Force An-32 overhauled and upgraded at Civil Aviation Plant 410 with the participation of Antonov state-run enterprise made its maiden flight on August 27 in Kiev.
A contract worth around $400 million to repair and upgrade 103 Indian Air Force An-32 aircraft was signed by the Indian Defense Ministry and subsidiary of Ukrspetsexport state-run company – Spetstechnoexport – in July 2009.
