KIEV, Aug. 26 – August could become the fifth month in a row to be marked with deflation or zero inflation, as there are no objective grounds for an increase in consumer prices this month, said Valeriy Lytvytsky, the chief advisor to the governor of the National Bank of Ukraine.
"Even if August sees inflation, the cause behind this will be the formation of inflation expectations out of nowhere, where experts are actively buzzing up lately," he told Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
