KIEV, Aug. 26 – Ukraine and Russia are preparing an agreement on the deployment of servicemen and ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, according to Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Oleh Voloshyn.

"In general, a comprehensive agreement that will regulate issues of the deployment of servicemen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on Ukrainian territory is being prepared, and we hope that this agreement will help settle disputable issues," Voloshyn said.
