KIEV, Aug. 26 – Construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal on the Black Sea is Ukraine’s top priority for the next four years, President Viktor Yanukovych’s press service reported Thursday.

Ukraine will also focus on renewable energy projects, including building one of the largest solar power plants in Europe, to reduce its dependence on natural gas imports, the report said.
