KIEV, Aug. 20 – The number of deals on purchase of elite apartments in South Crimea by Moscow residents increased in July-August 2010, said Serhiy Yeliseyev board member the Kiev-based Europe developer has reported, referring to a member of its supervisory board.

"In July-August, there has been unusual demand growth in the elite real estate segment in South Crimea. The number of deals at some objects doubled or tripled. The main buyers are Russian residents – Moscow and Moscow region residents," said Yeliseyev.
