KIEV, Aug. 19 - The Nuclear Fuel state concern (Kiev) and Rosatom have signed an agreement on the sale and purchase of shares in the International Uranium Enrichment Center (IUEC) in Angarsk (Irkutsk region, Russia), the Ukrainian concern announced on Thursday.
"In pursuance of an agreement (in the form of an exchange of notes) between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the governments of Russia and Kazakhstan on Ukraine's participation in the activity of the International Uranium Enrichment Center and the approved action plan on transferring 10% in the center to the concern, Nuclear Fuel and Rosatom signed a contract on the sale and purchase of shares," reads a statement.
