KIEV, Aug. 10 – The planned amount of the second issue of government domestic loan bonds to repay delayed VAT refunds (VAT bonds) will exceed UAH 10 billion, First Deputy Finance Minister Vadym Kopylov said at on Tuesday.

"The number [of taxpayers who will get the bonds] here will be, perhaps, lower, but the sum [will be] much higher… over UAH 10 billion," he said.
