KIEV, Aug. 6 – Consumer prices in Ukraine slid 0.2% in July, after falling 0.4% in June, 0.6% in May and 0.3% in April, the State Statistics Committee reported on Friday.

According to the committee, in general, inflation in Ukraine has totaled 3.1% since the beginning of the year.

In annual terms (against the same month of the previous year) inflation in July 2010 slowed to 6.8%, from 6.9% in June 2010, and 8.5% in May 2010.
