KIEV, Aug. 6 – Ukrainian banks' overall assets in July expanded by 2.2%, to UAH 1.042 billion, the National Bank of Ukraine reported on its official Web site, with reference to rough estimates.

Cash, banking metals and assets at the NBU accounted for 5.4% of the overall assets, credit operations for 69.6%, deposits in securities for 6.4%, accounts receivable for 3.3%, fixed capital and intangible assets for 3.7%, accrued assets for 4.6% and other assets for 7%.
