KIEV, Aug. 5 – The removal of floating restaurants from Kiev's waterfront is evidence of the redistribution of spheres of influence, according to Ihor Lutsenko, an activist of the Let's Preserve Old Kiev Group.
"The removal of restaurants from Kiev's quays is only evidence of the redistribution of spheres of influence. Maybe there will be more such clear evidence, but for now this is the most demonstrative. We expect that a new team will come to power and divide [up the business]. This is not necessarily linked to the structure of Kiev authorities, but of course, the matter is linked to [Kiev's authorities]," he said at a press conference in Kiev.
