KIEV, Aug. 4 – Ukraine's State Property Fund on August 2 informed CJSC Bryansk engineering plant managing company in writing that it would impose a fine for a delay in payment for a 76% stake in OJSC Luhanskteplovoz that the plant bought at an auction on June 15.

Under the acquisition agreement, Bryansk engineering plant had to pay UAH 165.047 million, or 50% of the payment for the stake (including the auction deposit), before July 29, 2010.
