KIEV, July 29 – Ukraine still plans to place eurobonds in 2010, but it will correlate the size of the possible issue of securities with the expected financing of the deficit of the national budget using assets from the International Monetary Fund, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"We'll calculate how much of the resource will be left within the framework of the IMF's tranche to cover the budget deficit (the IMF's funds will be given to the government and the National Bank of Ukraine, NBU)," Azarov told journalists on Thursday while commenting on the IMF's decision to extend the loan to Ukraine.
