KIEV, July 28 - Midland Resources Holding Limited (Guernsey, Britain), which belongs to Eduard Shyfrin and Alex Schneider, and owners of the Industrialbank Group in May sold Zaporizhstal Group, the key asset of which is Zaporizhstal steel works, through Russia's Troika Dialog investment company.

This was revealed in a court case held on June 14 and July 15 in London's Royal Courts of Justice, the minutes of which were recently posted on the portal of British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BILII). The case against Midland was heard at the request of Cypriot company Luxe Holding Limited, which is under control of the family of Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov.
