KIEV, July 28 – President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a law providing for carrying out measures on preparations for hosting finals of the Euro 2012 European football championship in Ukraine, the presidential Web site reported on Wednesday.

The document amends the law on state procurement, according to which separate laws define specifics of purchase of goods, labor and services using funds managed by a special state executive agency, which is empowered to provide for carrying out measures on preparations for the Euro 2012, to realize measures of a state program on the championship hosting presenting certain benefits for program participants.
